Refund policy
At Williamson Golf Cars, the majority of our products are made to order. Because each item is built specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a return or refund. To request one, please email us at golfcars@williamsongolfcars.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and a description of the issue, and our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion.
